I cannot say enough about Ichiban. I have always shoes away from all you can eat anything, but this place nails it. Restaurant is nice, good size, nicely decorated, and super clean. You can order off the menu or go for the all you can eat which comes with a sushi bar and kitchen menu that, while limited, have plenty of options.
Actually that's my favorite sushi in the sushi empire. My dining partner [feting me with dinner] ordered the Love Boat presentation. Since there wasn't enough unagi [eel] on the boat, she ordered extra for me. So spoiled! Every piece of sushi was fresh and delicious while the wasabi was excellent.
